One to one support

I offer individual sessions (via video or voice call), to support you closely in integrating yourself back to presence, wholeness and connection, whatever stage of personal evolution you are at. The body is the portal in, our earth connection: the holding.

Sessions combine meditation, deep listening and intuitive guidance to bring you into a space of presence, awareness and sustainable connection to breath, body and earth. In a gentle container of compassionate listening, we give voice to your deeper waters, what is here now, and liberate stagnant energy. We meet spaces of freeze and contraction with the loving light of presence and awareness. Guiding you in ritual, and deeper connection to the earth and her elements, I hold the space for you to remember the medicine woman residing deep within your feminine being. It is I who holds the space; it is you who brings yourself back into joyful presence and wholeness.

From here, deeper wisdom can be shared - and supportive practices, tools and rituals are called in for you to work with in your own daily life. It is this consistency and application outside of the session work which opens much of the ground for lasting transformation.
