This is a self-study journey, extracted from live zoom sessions and lovingly edited to distil the essence of this life-changing process. From the intimacy with our own seat and connection to earth, we are supported to embark on our individual journey back to Gaia, and into the waters of our wombspace.

Mother earth is calling us home.

“Gaia Codes is a very experiential journey - the result of a decade-long journey of trying to get into my body, into a sense of feeling, into a sense of the heart and the deep, deep wombspace.

These have become sanctuaries, temples: spaces that we can find refuge in, that mean that we're not living from the mind and nervous system.

And many of us have been brought to this path through trauma and ancestral stories that we carry, that mean we don't feel safe in our bodies. This might be as women - or this might just be as tender human beings.
